The hotel is beautifully located directly at the Vierwaldstättersee. From the rooms (with sea view), the restaurant you get magnificent views of the lake, as well the surrounding landscapes and mountains. The hotel had a guaranteed parking spot per room which was a key aspect as why I booked with this hotel. Both the dinner and the morning breakfast was taken on the terrasse of the hotel, which gave an additional atmosphere to the meals. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely equipped with all you need and wish for.

Phenomenal location, beautiful rooms with lovely lake views and a panoramic restaurant with great food and friendly staff. We travelled with two children under 5 and appreciated that the restaurant and the hotel catered nicely to families with lots of attention to details that made a big difference. Breakfast was also generous with great variety!

The service here is a cut above the rest. Super friendly and sincere, true service in the most honest way. Clearly a hard working team, relaxed, seamless and discreet. Nothing was too much bother.
