Nous avons pu changer de chambre suite à un arrivage bruyant dans la chambre à côté et ce sans surcoût . Restauration excellente le soir et pdj à la hauteur

Het zwembad
Onpersoonlijke ontvangst. Selfservice inchecken met tablet in het Duits is ingewikkeld en frustrerend. Informatie enkel online in het Duits, wat we niet begrepen. Zo mankeerden we info zoals dat je bij het ontbijt vers gemaakte gerechtjes kon krijgen. En ook, OPGELET, als je langer dan 4 uren je auto elektrisch wilt laden, vanaf het 5de uur hoge extra kost per uur. Geen slippers, geen douchekapjes en andere kamer accessoires. Hotel is geen 4 sterren maar eerder 3 sterren. Kamer 08 met uitzicht op airco toestel was heel ontgoochelend voor de prijs die we betaalden (na klacht en 1 nacht wel upgrade gekregen). Meerdere ratten aan de vijver gezien! Personeel in hotel en restaurant zeer onvriendelijk, maar wel vriendelijk tegen tegen Duits sprekende gasten. Hadden we geen betaalverplichting dan zouden we na 1 nacht terug vertrokken zijn…
