Alles so, dass man sich entspannt zurücklehnen kann. Nach dem Frühstück in den Bademantel und dann direkt in den SPA Bereich und da den ganzen Tag bleiben.

Fantastic staff experience, incredibly thoughtful, generous, and kind. The spa and rooms met and exceeded expectations. Much to enjoy. Lastly, the hotel breakfast was the best Ive had in my life. IN. MY. LIFE. Wish we could have stayed longer but now I look forward to coming back.
Restaurants in the area close early. The only grocery store open after about 8 or 9 was Kaufland (20 minutes by car).

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind komplett ausreichend. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war der Hammer .

Its a peaceful location. The pool area is dated but well kept and clean. The lounge chairs were nice and the whole time I was there, it was not overcrowded in the pool area or sauna area. The Kurpark was very nice and close to the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the dinners were very tasty. The room I had was spacious and the rainfall shower head and hand held shower head were very good! Everything was exceptionally clean! Read my comments about service in the negatives section, but I wanted to say that my check in experience was lovely and those two working were great! I also had a lovely experience with the female bartender at the lobby lounge serving drinks. She was wonderful.
85% of the time the staff treated me poorly. This is unacceptable as I am the paying customer. I made no special requests and I followed whatever rules they had and yet still the staff was mostly rude to me. I believe that I was treated so badly because I was an Auslaender/foreigner. You hear stories about the treatment of foreigners in this part of Germany, but I had hoped that since this was supposedly a 4 star hotel, that these stories would not be true. Here are three examples: (1) my first night I had wanted a tea after dinner. Should not be a big request since it is just hot water and a tea bag. I saw that there was tea sitting out and a big container for hot water. I poured myself some and then was yelled at by my waitress. She yelled that I had to order it from her if I wanted tea... no sign said that and all the items were there on the buffet tables. (2) Since there was no other availability, I booked a massage on my last day at 9.30am with check out at 11am. I arrived early and waited in the waiting room. No one offered me water or something to drink even though I mentioned I was thirsty. They also did not show me into a room before my scheduled 9.30 appointment so I could leisurely undress before the massage. I asked them 4 minutes before 9.30am if they wanted to show me into a room and they yelled at me that my appointment was not until 9.30am. (3) at the pool area I wanted to try the infrared cabin and scanned my card. Read the instructions that were in English and the cabin would not work. I looked for someone to ask at the lifeguard station but no one was there. I left and went about my day. At check out they wanted to charge me the 5 euro for using it so I nicely explained that it wasn't working and Noone was around to say anything to. Reception forced me to pay for it because they were told by the spa colleague that it was working. I have ask for a full refund of the money but given their treatment of customers, I am not confident in that.
