Close to airport and cheaper than all other hotels.
The bed was so dirty and has no proper bed cover, the room smells like smoke.
The hotel building from entry starts to be so dirty.

No funcionaba la televisión, ni las cortinas exteriores, que eran automáticas, por lo que tuvimos que estar toda la estancia con las cortinas bajadas.

Nearness to the airport, transport connection ok. Bedsheets were clean.
The entrance was dirty, the stars dirty and smoke smell. The first room was terrible, smoke smell all over. I wrote a complain email but was completely ignored. Second room ok but the mattresses formed a curve in the middle. Better 1 double bed mattress.

Der Standort ist gut.
Ein Haufen Probleme während eines kurzen Aufenthalts:
-Lift defekt
-Sicherung im Zimmer rausgefallen (Kein Sicherungskasten, lange auf Service personal warten
-TV falsch konfiguriert
-Code-Panel der Tür längere Zeit defekt, Zimmer konnte nicht betreten werden
-Extrem viele Anrufe an Hotline nötig, ewig in der Warteschlange
-Ausstattung miserabel. Nicht mal Wasserkocher vorhanden.
Es gab während des ganzen Aufenthalts nur Probleme, aber da das Hotel kein Servicepersonal hat, hängt man ständig in der Hotline und muss lange auf Hilfe warten.

I liked that the hotel is just cross the road I was going for work.
The entrance is very unwelcoming. The fridge was noisy. Because there is no reception, one can not have personal contact with the staff.

It’s close to the airport, around a 20 min walk although this can be difficult with luggage
It is VERY DIRTY. There is mould growing on the walls and you can smell it as soon as you walk in. The beds look disgusting although sheets were clean.

It is unstaffed and we were given the wrong entry code. Not ideal at 23.30 at night. Very very annoying. I will be complaining and seeking a refund..

La chambre quand on a pu en avoir une nouvelle qui était propre, le personnel qui heureusement était présent pour la conciergerie.
Que la chambre ne soit pas nettoyée. Drap pas changé.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Sehr nahe am Flughafen. Und es war billiger im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Umgebung.
Überall steht, man darf nicht rauchen, aber es stark nach Rauch gestunken - in den Fluren und im Zimmer!
Zimmer war sehr dreckig - Rückstände an den Wänden, im Bad usw.

Location was an easy walk from the airport and to the train station. I enjoyed the neighborhood feel.

The property was only about a 15min walk from the airport, and our room had everything we needed for a short stay. There was also a food van right next to the property which stays open late
When we arrived during the night we were unable to get in as the screen for the check in was broken, however we only waited 5-10 mins before it was sorted

It was close enough to the airport but not "at" the airport like I thought. I was only there for a short overnight because I had a very early morning flight the next day. It was comfortable enough with a restaurant very close by.
I thought it was going to be "at" the airport but it was actually @5 minute Uber ride away. That's not really a big deal except I was planning to be "at" the airport for a very early morning flight. There were no personnel on site.

My first day I could not sleep in the apartment by the time I arrive I call the phone number to the hotel, but the phone number was doing call END. I have to go to another hotel close to the apartment and pay for a night my second day I got somebody on the swiss star apartment. I told him my difficulties they never believe me they told me to bring the proof I told him I have a receipt of payment in nearby hotel I slept for the first day. And they refuse that I should bring from my phone the date and time when I called I have MAKE order cost. I cannot see what they ask me to give them. The apartment is too hot a new fan.

Have booked two rooms, and needed 2 Hours calling to support to get both.

No towels were provided. I email the owner he responded with no air conditioning was available on the property.
No air-conditioning available. TV remote battery is very insufficient to operate. No towels were provided. Only in the next day when housekeeping knock on my door to leave the door open when I check out did I was able to ask a bathroom towel.
