S pobytom sme boli spokojní, slušný pomer cena a kvalita.

Čerstvo zrekonštruovaný apartmán, čistý, plne vybavený, 2 balkóny, kuchyňa čistá, nová, vrátane umývačky, čistiacich prostriedkov, k dispozícii aj kávovar a varná kanvica. Počas pobytu neobmedzene sauna, herňa, lyžiareň s uzamykateľnými skrinkami a jednoduchšia reštaurácia podľa potreby. Parking bez problémov priamo pred hotelom.

Škoda, že bazén nebol prístupný (bol v rekonštrukcii). Hotel ešte potrebuje postupne rekonštrukciu dalších priestorov, ale je udržiavaný.

Lokalizacja była dobra dojazd do wyciągów w pare minut samochodem parkingi dostępne i wygodne .Sklepy również bardzo blisko

Uważam że dopuszczenie tylko 2 urządzeń do WI FI w hotelu to relikt przeszłości .

It is an okay choice if your stay is short.

The view from the front porch was fabulous.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. They need to do something about it. Though they offer breakfast but you can only buy it with cash. There is no nearby ATM. We're charged extra for late checkout. The property blocks 100 euros at the time of check-in. They say they release it at the time of check-out. However, in our case we got it back after one month!

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge ausgewählt und gebucht, aber ein ganz anderes bekommen. Danach frage bei Rezeption und leider keine Entscheidung. Es gibt eine Küche in den Apartments, aber es gab kein Salz, ich habe im Restaurant nachgefragt und sie haben es uns im Restaurant für 2,5 Euro verkauft. Auch im Apartments war ein Toaster, aber es funktioniert nicht und als wir den Toaster einschalteten, ging das Licht aus.

Diese Unterkunft verdient das Prädikat "4 Sterne" überhaupt nicht!! Eine Frechheit für den Preis!!!

Gar nichts! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Das Zimmer ist für die Kategorie " 4 Sterne" katastrophal. Gestank im Zimmer nach Rauch, Badezimmer komplett veraltet, mal abgesehen von den schimmeligen Fugen.

recomand, revenim ori de cate ori ajungem in Austria in zona montana

Pozitionarea, se vad muntii din pat si intreaga vale de pe balcon. Apartamentul este spatios, bine impartit si echipat, suficient pt o familie cu 2 adolescenti.

Dotarile sunt invechite.

Příjmené ubytování. Doporučuji.

Vybavení ubytování výborné, personál vstřícný a milý. Lokalita výborná, blízko k lanovkách s letním provozem, kam jsme přejížděli autem. Dostatek míst k parkování. Venkovní hřiště pro děti. Posezení pro rodiče u hřiště u stolečků, takže lze relaxovat a u toho z povzdálí sledovat děti.

Dostali jsme jiný pokoj, než který jsme podle fotek na booking rezervovali. Na recepci jsme se snažili pokoj vyměnit, ale řekli nám, že nejsme prvni, komu se to stalo a neměli nic volné. Měli jsme rezervovaný pokoj s výhledem na hory, podle fotek v podkroví, ale dostali jsme pokoj v prvním patře s výhledem dozadu na stráň a stromy.

I don’t recommend. In the whole Austria I didn’t felt that that they only want money.

Everything, was amazing just when we come inside of the apartment and go open the window we found something broke in the floor but I went immediately to the reception and tell about what I found but the rest as amazing 👏 ❤️

Everything, very polite staff, beautiful rooms with kitchen and sitting area, all items 4-star Hotel could have including gym and spa.

There is no restaurant during summer months.

Great view at the mountains.

Cold in the room. Heating was turned off (despite it is available in room description). After intervention at reception "they couldn't do anything, it's controlled for whole building in some central place" - so they are just saving money and don't care for your comfort.

We booked this hotel because of the view of the Alps and that was included in the description of the room with the view. Guess what? we have the back view of the hotel, no view at all. So disappointed knowing that we agreed to pay extra for this hotel. Even though we booked only for two nights, our expectation was too high to get and see this lovely view of the Alps. The next day they told us that we can transfer to a room with w/a view but we need to pay extra. Thank you very much but the damage is done and I will not spend another extra penny anymore. So disappointed!!
