Die Lage ist sehr gut und auch die Wohnung mit dem Balkon war klasse

Ein wirklich ganz tolles Appartement in noch besserer Lage. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur knapp 200m zur Therme Classica. Der Verwalter, Herr Kern-Petereit, half beim Check In und dem Erhalt der Konus-Karte und Parkplatz. Alles einwandfrei . Das Appartement selbst ist für 2 Personen ideal, auch zur Selbstversorgung mit Küche top. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.
Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, kein Lärm - außer in der letzten Nacht vor der Abreise (Samstag auf Sonntag) kreiste ein Hubschrauber fast 2 Stunden mitternaechtlich ab 2.20 überm Kurgebiet!So was habe ich noch nirgends in dieser Form erlebt...Mobiliar etwas rustikal - vielleicht nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Küche sehr angenehm, extra-Bett auch 🍀 euer RS
Die lange Liste mit Hinweisen - eine kurze Zusammenfassung mit Hinweis auf die AGBs hätte es auch getan (also ein Merkblatt)! Der (schräge) Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist nur etwas für Vollprofis - da noch kurz vor der Stellwand ein Hindernis überwunden werden musste! Kein allzu leichter Job also, aber Walter Röhrl hätte es sicher geschafft 😉RS

Parking is very limited and tight. If you spend the night at the spa’s parking, be sure to pay 7€ at the reception before they close.
