Location and food locations near the hotel.
I only stayed one night so I can't honestly say what I didn't like about the hotel.

Rooms are nice and clean whereas the hallway and entry need renovation.
Friendly welcome, which is always appreciated.
Breakfast was a small buffet, not much choice, unfortunately the coffee machine did not work as it should, not possible to have cappuccino. Breakfast is too expensive for what it has to offer.

Location was good for where I had to be for work, Hicham was a very accommodating host and even went out his way to make me a sandwich for my early get away.
It was on a noisy road, no AC and the property decor was very tired.
