The locale is just unbelievable . Heritage building. Not to forget the extraordinary care and service rendered by each and every one of the staff there, right from security and driver to the managerial staff
Nothing at all

I truly appreciate, the help provided by Pandya for Madhurai temple visit. It was so nice.
Also food was awesome.
Natural scenery was outstanding.property, it’s room services were beyond my expectations.
Nothing we didn’t like.

Vintage property with big rooms . Mr.Pandian from the front desk was extremely courteous ,understanding and helpful.
Extremely slow service with housekeeping staff and food delivery.
Rude and nonchalant behaviour by duty manager Ashok. Unclean rooms with dirty sheets . Insects and huge spiders in the room. Looks like they are extremely short staffed.
