Great location for family relaxation. Professional friendly staff all around. Good selection buffet for dinner and breakfast, and the waiters and receptionists are just great! The restaurant also offers a good menu with normal prices. Wide variety of recreational activities, clean room with complimentary coffee/tea and also a minibar with reasonable prices. We will definitely be going back again and again.
The air conditioning in the room can get very cold and there is no way to adjust the temperature. The chairs in the balcony are mouldy, but the room is very clean and the room service is great. Also prepare for many mosquito bites if you visit in summer, no type of protection will help, but that is just normal for Tiszafüred. It is still a very enjoyable experience.

This was one of the best experiences in hotels we had as a family. super clean, great friendly stuff. nice programs for kids and really clean playground and playroom. i highly recommend it for families with kids. it was simply fantastic to be there and we will for sure come back.

Friendly and polite staff. Good services, very clean all around. Food is excellent. Spa and thermal bath is very good. Really dog friendly attitude and services.

Location is great, staff was very helpful
The quality of the food was much worse than last year, breakfast was poor, there were not enough staff around to re-load the empty food plates at 9, coffee was terrible. Sad to see as it was such a great place before the pandemic
