Location.
On 8th floor pressure of water was very low, not have enough towels in the room, and the ceiling was cracked.

The location was great, very close to the city center. The room was beautiful, big, and comfortable, with a big balcony. Everything was clean
There was no parking space. Also, the room itself and the restaurant food are rather on the more expensive side.

Very nice breakfast with a great selection, cool view on the city from the 8th floor.
We were four in a small room and the extra bed was a sofa that was so narrow and uncomfortable that we could hardly sleep on it.
