The Space:
Offering nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, Casa de Olas is designed to flow seamlessly between indoors and outdoors. The villa features four well-appointed bedrooms. Two are oceanfront with king-size beds, one offers ocean views with a king-size bed, and the fourth faces the mountains with two queen-size beds. Three bedrooms include private ocean-facing terraces, and all are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Each bedroom has an open-air bathroom featuring Enrique Zozaya’s signature outdoor showers, enhancing the sense of immersion in the natural surroundings. The main living level opens fully to the ocean beneath a palapa roof, combining a spacious living area, dining space, and gourmet kitchen. The rooftop terrace includes an infinity plunge pool and grill, creating a setting ideal for morning coffee, relaxed afternoons, and evenings under the stars. The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight adults, with space for two children under ten and maximum occupancy of 10 people.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full access to the villa and the shared amenities within the gated community, including two additional swimming pools and direct beach access. Las Palmas offers 24-hour security. A beachfront restaurant and bar provide food and beverage service to the villa. Private chef services and grocery delivery are available upon request and at an additional cost.

Playa Blanca is known for its nine-mile stretch of unspoiled beach, calm atmosphere, and natural beauty. Just a few miles south lies Barra de Potosí, a charming fishing village celebrated for its open-air seafood restaurants and a scenic lagoon surrounded by mangroves, perfect for kayaking or guided boat tours. The area is framed by tropical landscapes, freshwater estuaries, and the Sierra Madre mountains in the distance.

Immediately report any damage or incident on the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

The house is an absolute dream. I've stayed in dozens of beach houses over the years and this was, hands down, the loveliest. Everyone in my party agreed. The view from nearly every window was stunning, the maintenance folks and the people in the restaurant were charming, the pool is exceptional (and I'm a serious swimmer) and the beach was pristine and epic! Though the riptide discouraged us from swimming, it was a spectator sport just watching the waves. Thank you, Kristin, for your hospitality and for creating such a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the sunrise, the sunset, and the crashing of the waves!

We had a wonderful time at Casa de Olas. The property was exactly what we needed for our family holiday. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were roomy and with comfortable beds. The main living area was a superb place to congregate after meals and after a day at the beach. We truly enjoyed our time there. The concierge, Francisco was extremely helpful in helping us organize outings. We had chef Angela and her sous chef (daughter) Marisol cook for us three spectacular dinners. We ate at the restaurant / bar a few times and the food was good. Ray at the bar was wonderful to deal with and very attentive. We were even able to get some groceries brought in prior to our arrival which really made our arrival much less stressful. I would say if there is one teeny tiny downside to the location of this condo / villa is that it is a trek (taxi ride) away from Zihua and easy access to groceries. All in all, a fantastic place to stay!

The crashing waves are overwhelming, but in the best of ways. The open air layout is perfect for the Zihuatanejo climate. This huge unit had 8 of us spread our comfortably all day. The rooftop patio is like a private escape with nothing but beach and islands to see. The ideal location of this unit on this already ideally located property makes you feel as if you are on your own. Both property manager and property owner as very accessible and attentive. They helped us line up kayaking, surf lessons, airport transportation and even a cook.

Casa de Olas was absolutely amazing! We loved staying here with our family. The service was incredible, the house was very clean and comfortable. Paola the housekeeper was excellent as well. Omar and Kristin were very responsive in every aspect and were helpful with every question. We will definitely be coming back in the near future! Highly recommend staying here
