Lovely hotel. Nice friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Quiet location. Comfortable room.
Location was not ideal. A lot of steps and deep inclines to walk anywhere. Although there are trams and buses which will definitely use.
Shower was low level so had to hold to shower and no shower curtain

There was a great breakfast supplied but the hotel with choices for every person.
The air conditioners were turned off, and there was no fans. Asked the desk about this and was told not allowed because of time of year.
