The hotel is simple and straightforward. The rooms are clean and functional with AC. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and functional.
Some of the furnishings, altough modern in style, are showing signs of use. However this is not unexpected and acceptable for the value proposition.

The rooms are nice and comfy. The staff is responsive. Breakfast is adequate for extra 12€ per person. Hotel has a lift. The air conditioning works fine.
Didn’t provide basic toiletries like slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste. Also there was no kettle. The location is far from the center

It was a great location. The neighborhood was great and the tram stops were like 2 min. away! I had a problem with the ac and they fixed it immediately:) I also reserved my stay with breakfast. It was good. It was a pretty big buffet and a coffee station.
I didn't like that there was no refrigerator or microwave. I'm the one that didn't ask, first. They were nice and, one time, let me keep a pizza in their fridge.

Air conditioning somewhat worked, with decent black-out curtains. Relevantly quiet neighbourhood with busy tram lines. Spacious room.
Bathroom door handle was coming apart (fixtures poorly attached), had requested a double bed as upon booking it was available but once booking was complete I’ve gotten an email that it will be 2 single beds attached. Shower does not drain well. Beds were extremely basic foam mattresses.
