The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel room was very good value for the money with lovely big windows and tall ceilings. The beds were very comfy. I would come again and would recommend.
The room cleaning during the stay was poor but the room was very clean upon arrival. The breakfast room was small and overcrowded. The bathroom had a drainy smell.

Room fine on front of hotel looking on to main road but not too noisy. Good selection at breakfast set you up fore the day. Staff always friendly and helpful. Extra credit to our taxi supplied by the hotel who met us at the train station even though it was a 2 hour plus delay on the train reaching Prague.
Our room had obviously been used by people with pets as it had a rather strong dog smell which I did not expect and was not happy with.

The team is friendly. Location is central. Spacious room. Breakfast ok.
I have asked a big size / kind size bed (which says hotel had it) but as it turned out it’s not existing in the hotel … I’m the room no cattle to make coffee tea. The breakfast coffee was horrible … as a couple who sayed for a weekend I would not come there again.
