הצוות מאוד שרותי, ועוזר בכל מה שצריך. ארוחת בוקר טובה. והפארק מים שהוא מטורף.

Better buy a ticket to the waterpark only

The waterpark is great!, the hotel is very clean

The family room is small and not spacious , the breakfast is just ok, location wise, nothing to do besides going to the water park, expensive parking services..

מלון נהדר בול לילדים גם למבוגרים למען האמת, היה כיף , מחוץ לפראג אבל בעזרת תחבורה ציבורית סופר נוחה ןזולה הגענו לעיר טיילנו בכל המקומות שיש לפראג ולאיזור להציע

Wir waren im Aquapalace Prag und für unsere Kinder und uns ein absoluter Traum, wir waren das zweite Jahr in folge.

Wir waren nur zum schlafen im Zimmer!!! Ordentlich und sauber, unser Anspruch ist aber sehr mäßig, da wir selber aus der Gastro kommen und die allgemeinen Probleme kennen. Großes Lob an die Zimmermädchen! Alles sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Empfang war klasse, wir konnten wieder um 11 in unser Zimmer und danach gleich zum Baden. Wir kommen auch in 2025 wieder. Tiefgaragen Zugang vom Hotel aus, klasse weiter so

Es gibt nix auszusetzen.

Jedinečný, suprový, jedině doporučujeme :-)

Hotel je perfektní po všech stránkách. Vždy vše perfektně připraveno, uklizeno, aquapark na dosah ruky, perfektní. Jídlo skvělé, snídaně bohatá, vybere si opravdu každý. Personál vždy milý a vstřícný, a hlavně usměvavý a ochotný pomoci.

Byli jsme se vším spokojeni, takže co se nám nelíbilo? NIC

Lastesõbralik hotell aga saunast visati bikiinide pärast välja

Toas lastele nänn. Lastele palju tegevusi, lastesõbralik hotell ja veekeskus. Veekeskus oli suur ja korralik, spa oli hea, saunad väga vinged aga võiks olla silt, et seal tohib AINULT paljalt käia.

Veekeskuses pidi iga liigutuse eest maksma ja ei olnud võimalik kontrollida kui palju nad sinu toa arvele panid. Ei olnud hoiatavat silti et saunas kõik paljavalt PEAVAD olema.

Děti si prázdniny užily na maximum

Snídaně byly výborné, dostatek všeho, stále doplńováno, čas na snídani 6,30-11 hod., takže se nikdo nemusel nutit do vstávání a rychle utíkat na snídani... pokoje čisté, dobře vybavené.....

Na pokoji župany a pantofle pouze pro dospělé, pro děti si musíme brát příště sebou....vysoké ceny v aquaparku co se občerstvení týká a někde nepříjemná obsluha...

Wir sind ein Tag früher gefahren weil wir enttäuscht waren.

Das Gesamte Konzept ist für Familien recht toll aufgebaut, darum waren wir vor Corona Zeit mindestens 8 mal dort.

Aber das war das letzte mal das wir dort waren, nicht nur das sich die Preise verdreifacht haben, ist das Verhältnis zumindest nach meinem Gefühl sehr kalt geworden. Wo man sich mit der Deutschen Sprache früher gut zurecht gefunden hat, wurden wir links liegen gelassen wenn wir ein anliegen hatten. Frühstück ist absolut das selbe wie vor 10 Jahren keine Abwechslung die Zeit ist dort stehen geblieben, genauso wie in der Kantine über dem Wellenbad aber auch das Bad an sich kommt in die Jahre und ist auch Sanierung bedürftig.

Immer wieder toll

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und bequem, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, unsere Tochter hatte während des Aufenthalts ihren 10. Geburtstag und wurde mit einer Torte überrascht - ein sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis, Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert

Eigentlich alles bestens, am ersten Tag war unsere Heizung schlecht eingestellt, selbst regulieren konnten wir sie nicht - es war viel zu heiß, wurde aber dann vom Techniker schnell behoben

Wunderschönes einmaliges Erlebnis für jung und alt.

Gefunden haben wir es nur durchs Navi, ausgeschildert was nix. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde der Eingangsbereich renoviert was A nicht störte. Netter Empfang, Kommunikation war in deutsch und englisch möglich. Zimmer fantastisch, Zugang zum Bad war super (nicht kalt o zugig) konnte man im Bademantel erlaufen. Halle zum Frühstück war voll a trotzdem angenehm. Büfett war gut, von jedem was da u wurde rasch aufgefüllt.

Es war ziemlich lange laut im Hof unter unserem Fenster. Morgens war Autobahn feeling. ! Vorsicht bei der Tiefgaragen Ein-u Ausfahrt die sind mehr als eng!

Um es kurz zusammenzufassen hat's mir dieses Mal überhaupt nicht gefallen wir waren vier Personen un

Das Frühstück war früher besser.

Sermissfallen hat mir dass man einfach die Öffnungszeiten für das Aquapark geändert hat normale Zeiten sind bis 22 Uhr und jetzt haben sie 20 Uhr alles geschlossen und ich wusste nichts davon weil man mich nicht informiert hat. Getränke sollte man sich im Saunaclub holen dafür müsste man erstmal Eintritt zahlen. Wäre das so schnell nicht wiederkommen obwohl ich schon über 10 Jahre dorthin gehe

An excellent hotel with a more than amazing water park!!!

An excellent hotel with a more than amazing water park!!! The family room was excellent and very comfortable for a family of 4! The breakfast was more than excellent and full of a huge selection of dishes, so that everyone enjoyed and was satisfied!! In addition, there are excellent restaurants in the complex and shops for an amazing shopping experience!! The water park was simply stunning, clean, tidy and full of slides, water facilities and pools for all ages!! Very high level saunas and jacuzzis and again there are so many of them so there is room for everyone in the park!! Outside the park and the hotel there are at least 3 shopping centers that we were able to visit and they are within an 8-minute walk from the hotel.. great restaurants and of course McDonald's and KFC and pizzerias that the kids love so much!! The hotel and the water park are a 25-minute drive from the center of Prague, so it's easy to get around by public transportation or a rental car!! We will definitely go back there again in the future!!!

Amazing, adventures, exiting and very family friendly!

There’s so much to do at this hotel. Everything is so great. Very family friendly! 10/10 would recommend!

The staff forgot to put toilet paper and the right kind of towels when we asked. But other then that everything was great.

Noisy room and impossible to charge in the garage (other non EV park the

Next to the aquapark Restaurant is fine

The windows don’t close properly and therefore you hear the noise of the street which is extremely busy starting from 5:15am They have chargers in the garage but it was impossible to park at the spots Plenty of non EV cars parked there and they couldn’t/didn’t want to solve the issue. We stayed 2 nights and it was the same both days/nights As we called before our stay and were told we shouldn’t reserve a place because apparently it was always free, i can tell it’s far from true and to all other EV drivers that they should not expect to charge unless they put a suitable process in place.

parking should be free for guests and if the hotel is not fully booked the should allow to check in earlier for free as well especially to family with small kids …

great hotel with aqua center and good access to Praag

the hotel is very kids friendly. both our kids enjoyed the pool center very much. breakfast is great and the hotel is clean and comfortable it is very easy to get to the city center by car. we parked at the palladium shopping center. definitely recommended for a visit to Praag or stop over.

Great fun for the whole family

Hotel with access to a very good water park that can keep kids busy for days.

Temperature of just about everything could have been a bit higher. We came to escape the winter, an indoor swimming area should feel like the tropics, this place feels pretty chilly unless you're running around.
