Very spacious modern room, confortable beds, attentive and friendly staff, incredibly delicious food and wine selection. Right in the city center. It exceeded our expectations. Would come here again!

Doors of the entire installation were quite worn down, matrasses were too hard

Although old fashioned, the room was very spacious. There was a great spread for breakfast. The location is fantastic for the town with cafes and shops all walking distance.

During our stay, the weather was around 29/30 degrees Celsius, and the rooms were unbearably hot without any fans provided. The flannel-like sheets only made it worse, and with the room temperature at 28 degrees, the hotel offered no solutions. Clearly, the place is not designed for summer. Also, water was provided but it was EUR3 - it is very hot and not even water was provided for free. It is the first hotel I have been to in Germany where that was the case. The room service was quite odd and awkward. You have to fill in a form, of which you only get one, to specify what you want done. Although it was supposedly upon request, services were only offered once a week. It was really annoying to have to go to them just to ask them to empty a bin, which should be done automatically every day. Additionally, running out of essentials like tissues and toilet paper and having to ask for them to be replenished made the whole stay awkward and not relaxing. There were no tea or coffee facilities, so I had to ask for a kettle, which they did provide, but this is something that is standard in most hotels in Germany. When we tried to dine at the hotel, we were informed it would take 2 hours and were asked to leave. I wasn't sure if it was because they were shorthanded in the kitchen or just didn't want to deal with us in English. Overall, it was not a great stay.
