We had an amazing stay at the Melia Recoleta Plaza hotel. From the pianist in the breakfast room to the outstanding jazz club on the lower level we felt like we never wanted to leave the hotel. All the staff are kind, courteous and helpful. We needed some help with a phone call where the recording was in Spanish and the concierge, Carolina, went above and beyond to assist us. If you are planning on staying at the hotel make sure you go to the jazz club.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for what I needed to do. I go for dental work and my dentist is nearby. There are several restaurants very close that are wonderful. The staff is fantastic and very welcoming. I felt like I was royalty!
I think you might have to ask in advance about using the sauna. I actually went to use it and it wasn’t on . I never inquired about it at the front desk so my fault.
