Hotel is located in a beautiful area and the hotel itself is amazing, historic building dating back to 14th century. We really enjoy how they try to keep this atmosphere of an old castle. There are also free cooking classes and e-bike rides. Staff were super polite and helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and for a reasonable price.
We had an issue with our shower, water didn’t run. Nobody could fix it, neither the hotel’s staff nor the plumber. They also didn’t move us to another room. For 2 days we couldn’t really take a shower, there was either no water at all or just a bit of water. At the last night there my boyfriend managed to fix their shower and solve our problem. We were a bit disappointed by this experience, we also were not compensated in any kind for this unpleasant experience.
