Staff was really nice and helful- 10 points! Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Really nice pool and sauna area. Breakfast was ok.

The location for cycling was excellent and close to Siena, but the hotel itself was nothing special but fairly clean.
A minor problem with the sewage system in the lower part where the pool was.
