Location - easy walk to all the sights. Typical for the city.
The views - to die for. My daughter woke me for sunrise as the bells rang - unforgettable.
The painting in the room.
The comfortable bed.
The bathroom was a little lacking.
Having to lock and unlock the bathroom door with a key every time was cumbersome.
A more traditional breakfast on the premises would have been preferable to going down the road.

The second bed (single bed) was not as comfortable as the double.

The property was a true classic ‘Roman’ style room with an ensuite.
It was very clean and comfortable.
We had view of Siena from our window and private balcony at the back of the hotel.
There was a kettle in the room with tea, coffee (no milk) & sugar.
We never saw any staff as we did not have breakfast included in our room but the host was typically easy to get hold of on WhatsApp.
The apartment was in close distance to the main piazza, shops & restaurants.
Tip - if wanting to book an early taxi for departure in the morning, make sure you book the day before, before 7.30 pm as they don’t take bookings for the next day, after this time. Our host tried to book this for us.
