very claen, spaciouse room with new furniture. Nice breakfast availible from 7-10. the location is big advantage- just few minutes walk from the Rimini train station and also very close to beach and the nice promenade. nearby restaurants and bakery- all you need during the stay. I also think the price is really low comparing to other places and what is included in service

Omg. This was like a 6 stars hotel. Everything was more then perfect. I worked in 5 stars hotels as musician. But this hotel really surprised me. Beautiful room with all needed, excellent breakfast. All is cute and comfortable! Congratulations guys! You are the best!

it was clean, close to the beach. breakfast is good but with little variety ( difficult to eat for those with food intolerances, there was no alternative even milk or gluten free.)
on the first day we had problems because it was about 30 degrees in the room and the air conditioning did not work. when we approached the hotel staff we were told that the manager did not want to talk to us and that he would only return the next day so we had to stay that way. we were only given the possibility to change rooms when we contacted booking's customer service. very unwillingness on the part of the management to solve the problems. the next day agree to stay if the air conditioning worked. we had no alternative due to the high prices and the fact that most of the hotels were full. the air conditioning turned on on the second day but it didn't refresh, it was clearly to shut us up.
