Very nice ,modern ,friendly front desk staff
Our room was not clean properly
After two days of dirty room we told front desk. They had it deep cleaned immediately. So much better. Enjoyed the rest of the stay.

Checking in was great and Alessandro was excellent.
Shuttle service to tram stop with Giovanni was excellent. Available on request and on the return to the hotel.
David in the dining room was excellent. He looked after us very well. Flavio in the bar was very professional and excellent as well.
Breakfast was superb.
Secure parking. Shuttle service to nearest tram stop. Excellent food in the hotel. Excellent Service.

Spacious rooms, comfy bed and lovely staff. The complimentary shuttle service really helped to get us to and from the tram station
Plugs and USB connections didnt work in the room, the TV didnt work. Small things that affected our stay slightly. The gym and pool were not complimentary and could only be used upon extra payment.

It’s just the shower is no stopping the water to go over it should have elevated to stop the water go over
