The proximity to Firenze Santa Nella train station was very handy and that a/c worked very well.
We lucked into getting a room with a bathroom, which was very nice. The toilet tank was leaky, though, so it was off and we used a shared bathroom to use the toilet.

The stay was decent for the price paid. The room was quite small, but the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. There was no attached bathroom or toilet, though the room did have a wash basin which was convenient for freshening up in the morning. One of the biggest advantages was the location, as it was within walking distance of the central train station, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was an okay experience and reasonable value for money.
The reception area felt cluttered with bags and had very poor lighting, which gave the place a dull appearance. The surrounding area also did not feel particularly safe late at night, though that may vary depending on personal comfort levels. the property definitely needs proper maintenance and renovation.
