The central location and stepping out into the middle of the city. The check-in was smooth despite arriving after reception opening hours. The bed in my room was comfortable and big, and quite spacious. There were black-out curtains that made the room dark for sleeping. The temperature was good
The room was right next to the reception where there are two machines for water, juice, coffee and tea. Guests were coming and going at all hours getting drinks so it was really noisy. The private bathroom (which was outside of the room, this was communicated upfront) could have been more clean. I don’t think the shower had been cleaned before I arrived

This places location was on point! We could easily walk to everything from here! Excellent cafes just outside the door and the elevator was like something out of an old, old movie! Our room was very spacious and had a couch and coffee table too! Views were of the Boboli Palace and they even played movies in the square in the evening while we were there!
The floor in the room did not seem like they had been cleaned at all while we were there, nor prior to when we arrived.

Comfortable room in a great location!

The stuff was really nice. When we got there, the building was really old and confusing, and the room we got had no air conditioning and was not like the photos. When we explained the stuff t took Tham about 4 hours to fix the air conditioning and only the they later they moved us to a fine room. First night was bad, but the others in the different room were good. The stuff especially were really kind.
