Location a bit far but very near to metro so it’s fine. cleanliness of the property is perfect
The a/c doesn’t allow you to
Open in the 3rd week of May. The weather during our visit in milan is warm already. Its better to allow guest to open the a/c as per request. Its not comfortable. But they managed to give us a fan that helps us sleep during the night. But please if you mentioned that you have a/c let them use it. But other than that, the hotel is fine.

very near a metro station . easy to move during the day. at night didn’t feel so safe .
saw some not-legal activities just around the corner . felt pretty unsafe .
the hosts didn’t speak Spanish or English , they didn’t even try (they were very nice and attentive but language was a mayor issue ). the only one that spoke Spanish was de night guy , he was a very friendly person.
the property doesn’t have an elevator . it’s a very small place
