The breakfast was good, not a huge assortment, but pretty good and great cappucino.
The location is great and Orbetello is a cute little town.
the hallways are a bit circuitous and drab, and i wish there were some more options for eggs at breakfast, though they did have boiled eggs.

Good size room albeit a little dated, grand bathroom, comfortable beds, reasonable brekkie, attentive staff, centrally located
We had 2 rooms - one initially split level not good for kids - no problem changing rooms - a small hiccup with safe which was eventually resolved

There was a lot of mold in the air conditioning; after we mentioned it to the staff, it was cleaned.
