The breakfast was buffet style with a wonderful mix of fantastic local cuisine. The breakfast staff took special coffee orders. The staff was very helpful with directions, other suggestions and parking arrangements. There was a weekly market on the street in front of the property with local vendors that we thought was interesting. The train station and bus stop (including to San Marino) is only a block away.

A good location, walking distance to old town, beach. Easy to transfer from/to airport. Comfortable bed.

The location is great, so close to city center and the train station. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is polite, and the bathroom is clean and spacious.
The first room had an unpleasant smell. I requested a different room, and the replacement room was excellent. The staff handled the request promptly.

Location. Value for money. Functioning air con. Nice room. Pleasant staff.
18 euros to park in the drive adjacent to the hotel was steep and seriously eroded the value for money. But it was convenient.
