Close to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to visit markets
Room refresher was not great. No replacement of used items. No face washers available

The staff. Mateus and Lorenzo went out of their way to help us. Location is perfect and breakfast was very good.
I overpaid significantly our stay via Booking.com
The reception team fully agreed with that and did their best to make up for it.

Location was ok
No curtain at window. Had blind that didn’t move so bottom half of window always exposed to light and no privacy. Asked for twin layout but it was double so they had to send someone to change the layout. Decor very dated, especially bathrooms. Whole place needs a refit. Didn’t use for breakfast so cannot comment on food.
