We did not stay at West Point Airport Hotel. Our booking with this hotel was cancelled a day before "due to an unexpected technical issue regarding room availability". Despite the issue, West Point Airport Hotel arranged for us alternative accommodation at no extra cost at B&B Hotel Verona. They also informed us about this change at the same time they cancelled the booking. It was a relief to know that we had a place to stay already sorted.
I rated B&B Hotel Verona here rather than West Point Hotel. There were very friendly and helpful receptionists at B&B Hotel Verona. They helped us to liaised with West Point Hotel that did not respond to my additional queries regarding the name and location of B&B Hotel Verona (there are two B&B Verona hotels in Verona; one has Expo in the name ), and taxis that they had promised to arrange for whilst cancelling the booking.
In the end, West Point Hotel managed to arrange for taxis for us from B&B Hotel Verona to Verona airport as originally promised after a bit of chasing. They also ensured the arrangements were communicated accordingly (sending messages via Booking com system did not work on the evening when I tried).
We truly appreciate the help from West Point and B&B Verona Hotel!
West Point Hotel could have responded to my queries regarding taxis earlier. I did have to chase them and follow up my query and ensure that the taxis would be provided for us as promised. In the end, all was sorted and both West Point Hotel and B&B Verona Hotel helped us to resolve our queries. West Point Hotel provided and paid for taxis from the alternative hotel that was farther away from the airport than the location of the hotel (West Point) in our original booking. B&B Verona Hotel is more remote and there are no places to eat nearby. However, there were some ready meals to buy that a friendly receptionist helped us to microwave in the reception area.

For a stop over this hotel offers good value for money with a very good breakfast, the staff were very friendly and the shuttle service we arranged was very efficient even when our plane was late landing..

It was easy to find and park.
It was shabby, definitely not worth the 4 star rating it has. Rooms were basic, bathrooms not great at all. Breakfast was ok.
