The Lola house is absolutely the best vacation rental I've stayed in since I started traveling frequently for work. The house is in a perfect location, and easily walkable to downtown Fort Collins. It matches the description and photos, and I plan on staying there again soon. It is darling, and I highly recommend!

This rental was adorable: clean, cozy, comfortable. We were allowed access to the property several hours early (so helpful!). And the location was perfect: close to Old Town and CSU. We will be back for sure.

This quaint little house was perfect for our stay in Fort Collins. We spent a week exploring the area and visiting our son at CSU. Lola house is an easy walk to the CSU campus, the stadium, the Poudre River Trail and downtown. Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park, with all of their beautiful hiking trails, are just a short drive away. The house is clean and comfortable with a cute kitchenette that makes it easy to enjoy coffee in the morning and cook small meals. We’ve rented other properties from this host and she is always welcoming, responsive and easy to communicate with.

We stayed here while moving our freshman daughter into CSU. The house is super cute and SO close to everything! Walking distance to university and Old Town! Quiet and peaceful house - comfy beds - super clean!! Host checked in on us and made us feel very welcome! We will definitely be back!

Overall it was a nice place. I don't think I read clearly that the fridge was a mini. I also had chickens outside my windows that made a little noise, but also was funny. Overall a nice place to stay. Great location.

We were able to walk to CSU and Old Town easily. Quiet neighborhood and adorable home with lots charm. There’s not much to the kitchen (which was fine with us). Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I stayed at Lola House with two of my adult children and it was just perfect. Comfortable, clean and cozy. Location was key…close to Old Town, convenient to Horsetooth and Estes. So much nicer than 2 hotel rooms … I felt we had even more time together.

Easy check in and lovely place. Kitchen is more like a mini-kitchen in a hotel with mini-fridge, microwave, stove top, no oven. This was fine for our purposes, but just a heads up. Very easily walkable to campus and Old Town, we did both many times. Short walk to Lucky's grocery which has everything you could need and excellent takeaway/deli options too.

Staying at the Lola house was wonderful! It felt very warm and welcoming. It was in the perfect part of town just out of the hustle of old town, but close enough to walk. It was also a stones throw from one of the best breakfast spots. It was a very charming home, we will be back!

This was the perfect place to stay to visit Fort Collins and the CSU campus. We could walk to just about everything if we wanted to and the house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for the 3 of us and it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Location and house was great! We noticed few items that could be improved. Toaster would overheat stop working. Lamp in kitchen didn’t work. Need to spray for bugs. Need a better skillet for cooking. Cooktop only had room for one pan at time. Needs garbage disposal and bigger fridge. Not enough toilet paper stocked. Sofa was pretty worn out. Beds and bedrooms were fine. Place needs a very deep cleaning. Rugs need be cleaned. We loved the house. Just needs little TLC

Cute house right in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Comfortable space with everything we needed to enjoy our visit with our daughters. Front porch was a favorite of my husbands as he enjoyed greeting all the people out for walks. Nice to have off street parking for 2 cars.

The house is in an ideal location, easy access to CSU, Old Town, and City Park. Not to mention the numerous hiking trails and Horsetooth Reservoir and Poudre Scenic Byway. It's clean, has a well stocked efficient kitchenette, and comfortable beds and bedding. Would stay here again the next time we are in Fort Collins. Communication with Stacy was efficient and friendly.

Lola House is located on a quiet, picturesque street that is central to Downtown Fort Collins. The property is clean, well accommodated and perfectly serves the need of a couple or a small family! The communication with the property management is outstanding, it is clear, timely and helpful! Two items that should be clearly stated: the property is part of a duplex and not a stand along single family house. Second, the kitchen is really a kitchenet and only has a small dorm size refrigerator. Neither of these where issues for our stay. The Lola House is wonderful and a great value!

This location was perfect while visiting my daughter at CSU. I didn't read the description clearly enough (it was clearly written!) that the property only has a very small/limited kitchette and no grill access. The check in/check out process was easy and all communications went smoothly.

My daughter and I stayed for a tour of CSU. We walked everywhere we needed to go and had all the space we needed to really enjoy ourselves. The house is set up really well for 2-4 people who want to enjoy Ft. Collins. Why anyone would get hotel is beyond me. This was way better!

We were in Fort Collins to pick up my daughter from school and to do a college tour with a friend and her daughter. This was a great location close to campus, restaurants and shopping. The house was perfect for our needs, clean with a great bathroom. Eclectic, but cozy. Timely communications. Definitely recommend.
