I've stayed here previously and decided to return. The room had all advertised amenities and I liked the fast check in process. The provision of a water jar is a nice touch. I also like the easy to access car park.
I was told I had been given a free upgrade, but I couldn't tell what about the room was upgraded. I actually felt the room I was given was a downgrade from the one I was expecting. There was noisy night club style music playing outside my room till quite late, so it wasn't really the quiet room I requested.

The hotel itself is really good. Rooms are tidy, well serviced. Air con is very good, and if opting for the breakfast for 10 euro there is a good selection of both hot and cold options.
Night shift staff were attentive and couldn’t help more.
Ok the negatives which if planning a trip to Milan this will assist.
Airport Shuttle, this isn’t really a thing. It’s pre bookable only which on initial research before booking this isn’t documented anywhere. Prices also are not fully accurate as this is payable on a required basis. The shuttle was 45 euro for 5 persons.
Should you need transport to Bergamo there is a railway station 15 min walk further up the road which takes you to Bergamo every hour. This is a really cheap way to travel and recommended (1.50 euro for 5 of us to Bergamo)
Onward travel to Milan is then £20 for 5.
Day shift reception staff member we just found really unhelpful. Everything was too difficult and offered no information to assist our plans.

Good aircon and close to the airport
Restaurant is not open on Sundays - this should be clearly written in the main property description. We stay at an airport hotel for one reason and would clearly like to eat on site! They could offer some extremely overpriced pizza slices
