Camera spaziosa e comoda, ubicazione della Dimora La Fenice comoda per accedere al centro storico, parcheggio vicino alla struttra recettiva.

La prima colazione fai-da-te seppur dignitosa (buono il cornetto da ordinare la sera prima) non fa per me.

Ho apprezzato la struttura in generale, in quanto palazzo di un certo pregio in una buona posizione, defilata dalle zone più rumorose, ma comunque vicina al centro storico. La presenza della piscina, che nei giorni così caldi è stata la nostra zona ristoro e la camera nel suo complesso molto comoda

Ho notato tanti segni di poca cura....sdraio rotte nella zona piscina, bottiglie vuote abbandonate per giorni in giardino, lucernari e lampade non funzionanti in camera, maniglie "ballerine". La colazione era proprio il minio sindacale, un po' di frutta fresca sarebbe stata apprezzata.

I materassi del letto scadenti. Sono degli anni '80 La reception apre alle 15 e chiude alle 18 Al mio arrivo alle 15,15 la camera non era pronta La colazione è modesta e bisogna chiedere, la sera prima, quello che uno vorrebbe in più. Croissant: Buoni ed abbondanti 4 per 2 persone Affettato: servito incartato in carta stagnola cosi come due fette di formaggio. Decisamente impresentabile Per il caffè Vi erano tre cialde x due persone Meglio offrire la struttura Senza Colazione
