Hotel is nice, big rooms, comfortable facilities. Restaurant was ok, very good breakfast, parking available. Overall, a good transitional break! A nice indoor pool at the top floor.
Not clear from the website that there's a 30 euro fee extra for your pet. Rooms have moquette, which is not ideal when travelling with pets.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel.
- Excellent location, a two-minute walk from the Saronno train station.
- Comfortable, well-equipped rooms.
- Comfortable mattress and pillows.
- Good breakfast.
- Wonderful staff, always willing to help.

Walking distance to station and newish reception and restaurant facilities.
Stefano at the front desk was so rude when we were checking in - really abrupt and unaccommodating. Really dampened our experience. The pillows in the room were so flat and bed so uncomfortable. This hotel is in need of a renovation
