The location, view and terrace with pool was fantastic. Parking available and very helpful staff.
The room itself was lovely but all of the beds were not comfortable. The bathroom could do with being updated.

the hotel is in a great location, Montelcino is a great place to visit, we were in one of the rooms not part of the main building. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The wee pool is nice.

Location was perfect and views were incredible. Lovely breakfast and nice to relax by the pool.
The bed was too hard and there was no sound proofing so we could hear everything from the room next door. It ruined our stay. The staff were unhelpful and sometimes abrupt. Unfortunately would not stay again even though the views were amazing.
