Beautiful property with fantastic views of the temples. Easy walk to the temples. Beautifully decorated hotel, the temple view room was large with a small window but great views. Fun port hole window in bathroom with temple view. The property is beautifully manicured with old trees shading the breakfast area, the à la carte breakfast was delicious. A lovely pool area also. We highly recommend staying here.

What an absolute treat to stay at Villa Athena, the stand out accomodation on our Sicily trip, not to say our other accomodation was not so good just that Villa Athena was exceptional. The location within the archeological park allowed access to the valley of the temples through a private entrance as well as spectacular views of the temple of Concordia both day and lit up at night. The pool was lovely, the fitness centre whilst small was decked out with quality cardio and resistance machines as well as some free weights. The service was impeccable without being over the top, the breakfast and dinner were superb. Highly recommend you splurge on this accomodation if planing on visiting the valley of the temples Agrigento.

I liked the location and proximity to the valley of the temples.
The interiors and exteriors are dated. I’ve stayed in the property some years ago and I could tell not much changed. You could tell the property was once a luxury hotspot and you can certainly tell by the attitude of the staff. Unfortunately the place failed to keep up with the times and is left with deluded staff and service that’s sub par.
