This hotel was lovely, we had a quadruple room with was big & spacious with a very big bathroom & separate dressing area. It was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices. The staff were really friendly & helpful & always available.
The location wasn't great. The hotel was pretty much at the end of M2 (green line) and then a 5 min walk through two underpass. It was a very quiet area, we didn't stay out late but can imagine, it would feel uncomfortable to walk there in the dark.

Good distance from the Metro station. The beds are very comfortable and spacious.

the location is quite good.
It's very low cost breakfast, sweet-type, no scrambled eggs, veggies, very hard to make a sandwich :/ even juice you need to pour from a carton :/ coffee is a nightmare - not drinkable :/ rooms are very tiny, AC is like 100 yrs old, not comming back for sure :/

The room rate was affordable, and the pizza nearby was surprisingly good. Other than the price, there wasn’t much that stood out.
The neighborhood was far from the restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit. There were also a lot of mosquitoes when you stepped out of the room , and we were bitten frequently. It made our stay much less enjoyable. As first-time visitors to Milan, we didn’t realize the location would be so inconvenient.
