Great location, really close to the metro station and in the heart of Navigli. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightlife right around the corner.
The nightly rate was already quite expensive, but at the end we were charged a ridiculous extra cleaning fee. It’s listed like a hotel, but they charge hidden cleaning fees like an Airbnb.

Fantastic location in the heart of Naviglio, right next to lots of great restaurants and within minutes from a metro station to reach the Duomo in 10-12 minutes.
We found the check in process difficult as the hotel is not signed too clearly and there are no instructions on how to ring reception in order to receive the keys.

Location and staff were great!
Comfortable, clean and they replaced our towels
Only downside is after we had returned back from our day trip, we came in to find our fan was missing and balcony door wide open. Thankfully we were on a top floor. But staff replaced the fan later that night due to our AC being out. We appreciate the effort.
