We are two, but the cappuccino set is only for 1 person.

Super clean. Bed and pillows were comfy

The location, is far from the center. We had to take metro from Centrale Station to reach the hotel

I can’t wait to come back to Milan and stay here!!

I loved how close it was to the metro station and a laundry lounge to wash. It felt so safe. Air-conditioner was incredible and cold. Security was good with a PIN code. Shower had magnificent pressure. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets, towels, floor. Great placement of PowerPoints. Lovely staff. People in apartment complex are really nice. Felt like a local living here. Wanted to stay longer. Loved everything.

It was wonderful! It did feel funny having the security and glass gate unlocked/open throughout the day but I understood as it is a public building with locals living in the apartment complex also.

be prepared to be left to your own devices and no help, but the room Is up to standard & comfy bed

The property inside - once you make it inside- was comfortable and had a desk and coat hangers inside the wardrobe. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were heavy weight and we slept well every night, which was great as we were busy during the day! the bed was my favourite part the sweets in the hall way were a nice touch It was great to have our bedding changed daily :-)

We arrived after just over an hour walk from the station with our bags - the streets became narrower and it felt to be less of a nice area the closer we got to the apartments. once my maps said we had arrived, I could not see any sign of the apartments at all, it is not advertised well. There was a small sign we spotted above some buzzers saying ‘Aiello rooms’ but nobody answered when we called this or called the number helpline online to gain access. I began to panic, as I have never travelled here before and we can't get into our room. I get a message from someone on WhatsApp with instructions for how to find and enter our room (it was like a puzzle) and we didn't have keys to actually get in. we waited for a couple to enter the automatic gate and we followed after them, before guessing which apartment block we were in. The automatic gate locked behind us and the glass door which we needed to enter was locked. I messaged the lady who unlocked this for us- ( had my phone been desd we would've been absolutely screwed and not been able to get in). we entered the small apartment block, downstairs is very dinjy and old fashioned, it looked quite eerie tbh. I was expecting to see at least one staff member or someone who worked at the apartments to ask for directions but it was desolate. We carried our bags up to the third floor to find another locked door which required a code, opening on to various flats. I messaged Aiello rooms to ask which room was ours, and we were then told. The door locks are loud, mechanic and quite scary tbh. I felt very anxious right up until getting into the room, the place looks run down. I really would’ve appreciated someone meeting us there. The room itself was okay, it was pretty clean although the shower head was broken and aims to one side of the shower, we managed. luckily the bed was comfortable which ch I was really happy about. very thin walls so we could hear everything of the neighbours.

Terrible service: avoid it!

The room

Terrible service with totally unhelpful staff ( beside the last person I called at one of the mobile phones provided who solved later in the afternoon the situation). We could not check in at 9.50 am and had to go to our business meeting with all our luggage. No one was there and no one helped. We discovered that a code was necessary but no one gave us. After numerous messages ( sent by whatsapp and fortunately I discovered it going on line in roaming, otherwise I could have never received such messages) someone asked my credit card number via whatsapp ( and the room was prepaid) : Something VERY VERY unsecure and I have the evidences of it. At the end, calling all the numbers a kind man called STEFXXX first told me than the credit card was necessary just if I did not pay before and then asked me " why do not you enter with the code?" . When I answered " because I do not have it" he was really sorry for the inconvenience and let me in remotely. The day after another lack of service: they offer to keep the luggage 10 km from the hotel. We had to pay a deposit ourselves near to the station. Avoid this structure if you do not find anything better

It was stressful at the beginning and we were lost without a support

A staff member who initially contacted us with an instructions about how to self-checkin told us a wrong main door code and didn't respond for more than an hour when we have discovered the issue. We were stressed and hardly found a place for a parking in a high traffic, we managed to reach his colleague by a phone who gave us a correct code.

Comfortable lodgings with only minor disrepair but in a great location.

The location was excellent with easy access to public transportation and at walking distance from sight seeing attractions. The breakfast place was great, but please note that they are closed on Sundays. Therefore, our last day we couldn't have breakfast there. The room was fine.

The communication between staff regarding basic services: for example, water, toilet tissue, etc. We had to go buy our own supplies. The person that cleaned up our room the second day should have looked to see what was missing. The outside gate sometimes does not respond when you press the electric button, while the mechanical lock is also not reliable and the key does not rotate freely in the lock. We had a bit of a scare before our departure that we would be stranded outside.

Exceptional

Exceptional apartment, very comfortable and clean, with all amenities, it is very near the metro station, you have a nice pizzeria around the corner, but basically you can take the walk with no big effort to the Duomo, then continue by the Via Montenapoleone to the Brera district. People from Milan are so nice, warm, friendly and welcoming that you will for sure feel like at home. City itself is amazing, you just have to come and visit.

Spring 2022 stay

Very clean and spacious room. Provided amenities like in a hotel

Breakfast provided are actually nearby old cafe where they give you coffee and croissant :) its is also not a hotel but room in a residential building. Quite bad sound isolation.

Excellent stay would definitely recommend

Excellent room with extremely comfortable bed & pillows Great shower & a lovely clean room A very helpful young lady waited to show us our room and then that showed us to the metro & which ticket to purchase Hotel is in a great location with Metro just a short walk away

We couldn’t open the shutter at the window but the room had air conditioning
