Amazing front desk employee! He went out of his way to give us info about the area.
When using a room with double beds, you need more pillows - at least two on each bed. The pillows were overstuffed and too hard. You need to have a nice down or down like pillow along with one other pillow on each bed.

We had a nice balcony that allowed us to look out and get photos of the area. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. We had them set up our taxi for the next morning, which worked out well. Really enjoyed the short stay. Room was incredibly clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was roomy. Worked great for the 3 of us traveling.
There's a few stairs to the elevator, so just be prepared. We navigated it okay, and I'm sure they would help you if you could not navigate the stairs on your own.

The good thing is that it’s close to the duomo and the tours meeting point.
