Overall an adequate stay as the hotel is very clean. Staff friendliness and amenities to improve

The room was comfortable, location is excellent and close to everything needed. Neighborhood is somewhat quiet. Andrea from the reception at night was extra nice and welcoming, and an excellent person who gave us a tip to the best restaurant to dine in (special thanks to him)

Staff at breakfast was very rude and unwelcoming, with an attitude. The A/C was not working, and the shower was extremely small, and without any shampoo or body soap.

Awful

We had quite an incident at the Mokinba. The guests next door had a fight in the middle of the night and started shouting and talking very loudly, which woke us up and the entire floor. They began to bang on doors and smoke outside the doors. We called the reception, and Mr. Carlo (?) didn't move a finger and didn't intervene at all careless that we were guests paying for our stay and felt unsafe and couldn't sleep on a Friday night. I will report this staff member to the hotel management. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows are as hard as stones. The rooms smell, and the staff is unfriendly.

Great room for a great price.

Good room size for 3 friends sharing, Good location for access to the Malpensa Express and a short walk into the city centre.

No overnight team in the hotel so was a little concerned if there was issues with room keys not working etc but all worked well. :)

Disappointing

We left our luggage in the room when we left the house in the morning and as it was my first time in Milan, I couldn't get to the hotel in time to check out. We arrived at the hotel around 14 o'clock and took our belongings from the room. Even though they did not inform us before, they informed us that we were checking out 3 hours late, and they charged us an extra 40 euros.

Nice enough

Hotel in a good location and room was a good size for two people. Staff pleasant

Air conditioning wasn't working. Weren't told this on arrival and spent time trying to get it to work in the room. Would have been a lot worse if we visited in warmer months. Lighting in room is terrible for when you need to do makeup. Can't open fixed blinds to even see what the weather is like outside. Cleanliness, large hair that wasn't ours in plain sight in the shower. Still there after first room clean. Facilities not reflective of 4 star rating. No shampoo etc.

Location was good

Beds are small, my feet were hanging outside. Showers are small and the room was small too with an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and was also noisy....

The only thing good about this place is their location that's so close to train station..

I don't understand how this hotel has 4 stars, I usually stay in 3 stars hotels and they are so much better than this hotel. There was no soap in the bathroom, no shampoo no tea pot, their room service ends after 3pm so you better get anything you need from the staff beforehand !

Do not stay here

Location was the only good thing about this hotel

It’s an old property with some cosmetic upgrades. Like lipstick on a pig, no coffee machine in room. Bathroom was very small and the shower is one of those small square ones where you have to close 2 doors together to seal the shower. I couldn’t bend down to wash my feet. This is not a 4 star hotel 3 at best probably a 2. Balcony was dirty with no furniture. Elevators were very small and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.
