The location was excellent, not far from the Duomo. The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was a little pricey for very little food. But there are great cafés within walking distance.

I was most impressed with how the reception staff were friendly and professional. I had a pleasure to meet two of the gentleman working behind the reception, and they were helpful and pleasant. The room was nice, small but expected, and the location was right in the center, 10 min away from the Duomo. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
We were staying for one night, and in the morning, we were left without the shower gel. Luckily, the gentleman from the reception did sort out the problem immediately. Other than that small thing, everything else was great.

The location was fab! The room was clean, bed were comfy.
The bathroom was not just external it was at the bottom of the hall. People kept trying to come in while I was in the shower. The bathroom was very small, the shower door barely closed. There was no view, you can’t get cocktails downstairs, or any food other very basic breakfast. Never was asked for proof of stay when coming and going, not secure hotel. We left our suitcases at reception, however we never got a ticket or they weren’t in any order meaning anyone could have took our cases. The cleaner wouldn’t give us new towels, muhammod was very unpleasant when I asked for some.
