The location was definitely the best thing about it.The apartment was very interesting and beautifully designed, but unfortunately, I found it rather unsuitable for travellers like us.The apartment might be more suitable for young couples looking for a private and indulgent getaway. There is a huge bathtub and a sauna, although unfortunately we did not use the sauna because of the season.
Overall, the apartment is attractive and has an interesting concept, but it prioritises luxury and design over the practical needs of travellers.
As we had been on a long road trip for several days, I didn’t see the messages about the online check-in in time. This made our arrival more complicated, especially as we arrived quite late in the evening and were very tired.
Considering it was a hot summer, I expected an apartment to have a proper refrigerator. When we arrived, there was already a puddle of water underneath it, and it was leaking. This was particularly inconvenient because I also needed to keep medication refrigerated and had no way to store it properly.For example, there was no proper kitchen area or even a convenient place to wash the dishes after having coffee. The champagne glasses were a nice touch, but without a refrigerator, it was difficult to see their practical use.
The recycling bins were also far too small.

An exceptional luxury stay in the heart of Milan. The apartment was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and maintained to the highest standard. Guest relations were outstanding—warm, professional, responsive and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect.
