Very comfortable, well thought out room with all amenities, great bed and friendly helpful staff.
Shower head in the washroom was faulty. Housekeeping could be better.

Excellent hotel
It was a lovely hotel, my only problem was at booking. I made an error in booking then wanted to change one date. This was not agreed to at first but 4-5 days later your hotel advised I could change the date. This response was quite slow and I I had already changed my plans which meant I had to arrive a day late in Budapest from Milan.

The locks to the rooms were all kinds of messed up and the codes didn’t inspire much confidence in the safety of the establishment.
