Close to many restaurants, great location
The passing trams can be a little noisy and maybe the fridge needs a fixing as it was heating up pretty bad

The staff are friendly, the room was large and clean, lots of clean towels, extra pillows, everything I needed. The breakfast was much better than I expected & the coffee was delicious. The location is excellent.
My room was at the front and the street was a bit noisy, I'll definitely return but request a room at the back.

The location is excellent. Public transport is abundant nearby.
The place is a bit run down and out dated. The room smelled of stale smoke from years ago. After airing out the smell would return as soon as you close the window. Out dated furnishings and strange room layout. Definitely a bit expensive for all of this.
