It's was really clean and spacious.
The Checking in process was really easy despite having no reception.
The location is good.
The bathroom being down the corridor was annoying in the night ( we were made aware it was outside before arriving)
The Bed wasn't overly comfortable and there's no reception to ask for an extra pillow, would have been great if 2 had been provided.

The wetroom/shower room was fine however no underfloor heating on freezing marble throughout the flat including washroom
Extremely minimalist.
I honestly thought from the booking.com pics online i was getting a 2 bedroom flat with a small kitchen and dining table. This is honestly just a hotel room with a bed and NO CLOSET and really the window overlooks a courtyard at same level so constant noise and lights....extremely cheap, floors were also not cleaned well. If they had built in a proper closet area this with small area for fridge and coffee machine, this would have made a bit of different along with proper curtains to cover the lighting in courtyard completely throughout the night and put a noiseproof window and larger bedsheets, this is required to be even close to a hotel room on the groundfloor.
The beds were comfortable and good however the white sheets couldn't be tucked under bed as they were too small so they were constantly moving. Duvet was good.
The outside of the building is on the side with all the graffiti. There is a side of a street that is much nicer.
Also i agree with the other reviewer who said the noise level was not good at all, my 10 year old kept waking up at night with the constant other rooms being opened and closed and very loud and you're window is on the same level of a building courtyard so NO SUNLIGHT at all and noise in the night from the courtyard and constant lighting in courtyard throughout the night. The window overlooking courtyard did not have proper curtains so the edges the lighting comes through, would definitely NOT recommend.
The street itself is very quiet, but inside, you can hear a lot of the movement from other guests, every door opening/closing, everyone coming in and out of the main door, and we unfortunately had noisy neighbours.
In the end of it all, i did pay about £500 total with CITY TAX included for 3 nights. The only central hotel i was considering was the Duomo Hotel & Apartments which was £800 for the same number of nights if booked in advance and included breakfast
