We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Sopot. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive and professional, which made the whole experience truly enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent. Overall, everything was very well taken care of, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would be delighted to return!
Basic bathroom amenities such as toothbrushes and a vanity kit were not provided in the room and had to be requested separately

Absolutely perfect location … book the junior suite room 419 for the ultimate sea view!
Tasteful furnishings, large comfortable bed and a spacious well equipped bathroom.
Delicious breakfast with plenty of options and an optional outdoor terrace (weather permitting)

The hotel itself is excellent. The location, rooms, views, and the SPA, pool, and sauna facilities are all of a very high standard and fully meet the expectations associated with the Sheraton brand.
Unfortunately, the quality of service significantly affected my overall experience.
The first issue was parking. The booking information suggests that the hotel offers parking, but in reality it has no dedicated parking facility. Upon arrival, I learned that the hotel’s only arrangement is that the reception staff can call a nearby private parking operator to check whether spaces are available. There are no reserved spaces, no preferential rates, and no guaranteed availability for hotel guests. The reception staff simply referred to the small print on Booking.com instead of acknowledging that the listing creates misleading expectations. I believe this should be addressed jointly by the hotel and Booking.com, as guests reasonably expect a hotel of this standard to provide or guarantee parking if it is advertised.
The second issue was the level of service. Several employees appeared very young and insufficiently trained for a hotel of this standard. After I politely raised concerns about a meal that I found disappointing, one restaurant employee responded unprofessionally. Even more concerning, the following day he approached me in an unnecessarily confrontational manner about my previous feedback instead of welcoming me or asking how he could assist. This demonstrated a lack of professionalism and an inability to handle guest feedback appropriately. I reported the incident to the duty manager, but no meaningful action appeared to be taken.
