The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The thermal pool was wonderful. We found a great restaurant right across the street, Le Narici. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.
We arrived on May 26, 2026, for a two-night stay. Apparently, a new air-conditioning system had just been installed, and there were problems with it keeping the rooms cool. Our first night there, the A/C barely functioned. Hopefully the problem has been resolved.

Thermal pool and helpful staff.
They gave us a kettle and iron straight away when asked.
Some more healthier options for breakfast.
The mattress was uncomfortable, but they were all being changed the day before we left.

Nice spa, great experience pool, friendly helpful staff - modern clean hotel
We were allocated a disabled room which I personally don’t like - shower flooded into bedroom
No plug sockets to charge phone
Menu was limited for dinner

Plenty of parking. Close to neighboring towns
Was not aware that the hotel had sulfur pool. The area around the hotel smelled like sulfur
