Nice location excellent staff especially Erene was very helpful his name escapes my mind but he was great also
I think the photos on Booking.com are a bit dated now I think one representatives should pay a visit as there it’s more built up than the photo shows .
That said it was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay

Great breakfast and location. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Really like the friendly staff!

Centrally located in Madonna di Campiglio, very nice higher-end hotel, withing walking distance of couple of lifts (we used one for starting a hike), and from many restaurants. The room was excellent, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Spa isn't very large, but good, and we even took an excellent (perhaps pricey?) massage. Very good breakfast.
The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.
Rooms don't have A/C. I wasn't paying attention while booking, since assumed a 5 star hotel would have one. I was accommodated with a fan, but ended up sleeping with balcony door open to let in the cool mountain air.

Great location next to the ski lift. Underground parking supplied to guests. The staff is friendly and helpful.
This is not a 5 star hotel. Should be a 3 star. No proper room service options available and only at certain times of the day. The inhouse restaurant is overpriced with mediocre food. Rooms are outdated and uncomfortable. No air-conditioning is a joke in today's time and age. Old scratchy towels. The price charged per night is ridiculous for the quality received.
