We paid for a triple room, told them we’d be arriving late, but when we got there the third bed wasn’t set up, nor were there sheets, we had to call for them and make our bed at 12:30am. Then the next morning discovered they also didn’t provide enough towels for three, nor did they provide 3 water bottles. We paid for 3 and got services for 2. Very disappointed. When we checked in I reminded them the room should be for 3, they said it was, but clearly didn’t know what they were giving us. It was too late and our flight too early to go down and find anyone to talk to at checkout. They only had a “drop your key” box. Really expected better service from a Hilton.
