We had poor weather and the hotel was not comfortable in these circumstances.

Location with semi private pool

Tv had 4 English channels, none worked. Safe did not work. Towels for bathroom insufficient, very poor quality. Nowhere to buy newspapers including hotel shop.

Kiepsko wygłuszone pokoje. Miejsce raczej dla fanów rozrywkowego trybu życia.

Bardzo różnorodne i smaczne posiłki. Pokoje z dostępem do prywatnego basenu były warte swoich pieniędzy - prawie nikt z niego nie korzysta i nie trzeba bić się o leżaki, tak jak przy głównym basenie.

Hotel niestety nie jest cichym i spokojnym miejscem. Ściany są cienkie, drzwi przepuszczają dźwięk z korytarza, który jest głośny. Raczej jest to miejsce dla osób szukających wrażeń i mających twardy sen.

It's a fine hotel that met expectations.

I think I was upgraded to some kind of suite. It was absolutely huge. The bed was massive and comfortable. It was clean. Absolutely loved the large walk-in shower. The bar was nice, as was the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. You're looking at a 15-20 minute walk along the beachfront to get to where all the bars and restaurants are.

Rude lifeguard enforcing a stupid rule. I had bought a coke from the Aldi across the road and had half a bottle left when I got to the hotel. As I was walking to my room, I thought I'd finish the bottle while on a sun lounger by the pool, catching up on messages. The lifeguard immediately came over and told me to finish it in my room and to never bring outside food or drink to the pool again. Only drinks purchased from the hotel can be drunk outside of the rooms. Bit silly to me, especially given the amount I had actually spent at the bar in the 3 days I stayed. I had less than half a bottle left. Can't say the bar staff were overly friendly, also.

Een aanrader!

Prachtig verzorgd hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke kamer met een goed bed en een heerlijke badkamer. Het ontbijt en het diner was ook top. Wij hadden halfpension wat zeer goed beviel. Puerto Banus op loopafstand.

Nice location great walk either way to main marina or old town Marbella. Beautiful pool.

Nice location, very clean and great staff. Property is well maintained and enjoyed our inclusive breakfast each morning- great selection and nice atmosphere.

One block removed from beach which is on a narrow stretch which wasn’t quite clear when booking

Fijne locatie maar het is het geld niet waard

De locatie was top.

Je moest je handdoek neerleggen als je een lieverd bij het zwembad wilde . Ik vind dit belachelijk voor een 5 sterren hotel ook waren de kamers wat verouderd dat mag ook wel een op fris buurt gebruiken. Je betaald veel geld voor weinig comfort.

Fantastic stay and we will certainly return to this select Iberostar hotel.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, close proximity to nearby popular areas, walking distance to the beach, very clean hotel- really well managed, helpful professional staff. Great food and drinks choice for all the three meals of the day - freshly cooked food and a lot of it made to your preference in front of you, very clean nice swimming pools, welcoming ambience, amazing views of the sea, taxi easily available. 5+stars to the evening chef Oscar for taking every measure to make sure that my daughter's food was nut free as she has a nut allergy and Ivan for making the nicest fish preparations for us every evening.

Nothing...the hotel staff took such good care of us, we have no complaints.

No private beach, the restaurant without terrace are a big minus. The breakfast /dinner doesn’t mention the allergenic content although I have asked

great option in Marbella

Location is perfect, rooms are spacious and well decorated, staff are very friendly, you get unlimited free water, free public parking in front of the hotel

Worth visiting again but not on high season

The staff was friendly and the location is great. The facility is a nice resort and the welcome drinks were a nice touch. The food especially the paella was very tasty. I also liked there was always parking for our cars and I never had to park far from the hotel which is a nice touch.

The concierge/reception, there were a bit slow with some requests. The water and ice machine did not work at certain times of day. Pool was crowded but it was high season Breakfast was more expensive than expected.

Very good

It is very close to the beach, very nice design (particularly rooms with semi-private pools) and habitat around. Staff was superb (other than kitchen)!

Quality of food was a struggle. We complained numerous times and staff (including both managers) was ever so accommodating, but it did interfere with our holiday fun significantly. It would make a huge difference if the restaurant was not indoors.. Also, pools are not heated, so we could not use them early summer temperatures. Lots of ants on lower ground floor rooms, but hardly anything can be done about this as there are so many outdoor spaces.

Everything from arrival. The warm welcome. The hospitality. the help. The attention to details . The food- a lot to choose from. The integrity of the brand- I stayed in the same hotel in Mallorca twice and got engaged there. I would recommend this hotel. I booked the semi-private pool room, I would recommend

Great location. Lovely well appointed room with a balcony. Staff genuinely helpful. Breakfast choices excellent and superb swimming pool as well as bar facilities.

I enjoyed being there. The staff made it for me.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The pool was lovely. . The food was nice and good choice. The taxi service was very quick. Very close to beach. Nice walk along same.

The restaurant staff not been advice of offers made to guest. 3 times their was a mistake with the charge. Been able to pay in cash or card especially in bar would be good. Having to pay for tea bags and milk in room very bad . In twin room only one wardrobe. Friends had 2 in theirs and there was one person in their room.

We had a great time in Marbella, the Hotel was lovely.

Location is great if you're wanting to be near Puerto Banus and the beach. The breakfast selection was lovely. Rooms were really big and clean. Check in and Check out process was very easy.

The hotel claims to have a spa but It is simply a very small jacuzzi in a room overlooked by the gym. Unfortunately when we stayed we had rain and thunderstorms one day, so we decided to use the spa to fill our day but there was too many of us for the area so we had to make alternative arrangements. I didn't like that you couldn't pay cash in the bars downstairs, I'm not sure if the whole hotel is cashless or just this bar but this wasn't ideal for us.

great experience and want to return.

classy hotel by the beach, friendly staff, very good breakfast, spacious room, easy parking in secure garage. good value restaurant for dinner. a real resort hotel, not just a standard box.

location is good but need transport to get to Puerto Banus, although it is very close. in May beach bar was closing early some days. that said, very happy, would recommend and return next time in the Marbella are.
