Central, clean and spacious. We booked the superior room. The breakfast was very good.

Only 1 lift from the ground floor, and on one occasion a cleaner had wedged a bucket in the door, on a different floor. I waited several minutes, then had to use the stairs.

Great location! Really great value for money, got everything you need . Very spacious and modern.

Close to a little place we could do some shopping and walking around. Close to the port We were there on a Monday so a lot of places were closed.

Bring your converter so you can charge your phones overnight. We couldn’t find any USB ports. And I thought the pillows were just a little too hard.

Excellent location for the concert we went to on Sunday night. Staff were good, friendly. Very large comfortable bed, I slept really well. Despite the pieces I did not like they by and large didn't impact on our short overnight stay and the convenience to everything we wanted would mean I would consider this hotel again despite some shortcomings, next time I wouldn't book breakfast.

Several aspects in the hotel were worn and no sign of any attempt to improve or repair them. Not what I expect from a 4* hotel. The photos of the room I booked showed a coffee maker, there was not one in the room, there were said to be 2 bottles of water in the mini-fridge but it was empty. WE prebooked breakfast, it was barely adequate, EG. the juice machine, what was supposed to be orange just looked and tasted like dirty water. There was a good quantity and variety of food but it all looked to be the cheapest you could buy, not a hint of class about it. Our €13 would have been better spent at one of many cafes within a few hundred metres.
